Accessibility Statement

 We strive to welcome everyone to our church.

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for people with disabilities and/or additional needs.

On Sunday mornings, we offer –

·        Designated disability parking spaces, located at the front of the building.

·        Front entrance welcome team members who can support with access.

·        Wheelchair access and designated spaces for seating / refreshments (clearly sign posted).

·        All corridors are wide enough to accommodate equipment such as wheelchairs.

·        Two accessible toilets are available, one with additional facilities (please ask the welcome Team to direct you)

·        Both the coffee lounge and the Link room have a sound and video relay to the service, the Link room is a quieter space for people to use as required. An accessible toilet is available in the Link Room

·        Adult and child noise cancelling headphones are available for use (pick up from the reception desk)

·        Hearing Loops are installed in the auditorium.

·        Audio sermon recordings for people to ‘listen again’. We can provide sermon notes /  transcripts to support people by request.

·        A flexible approach to Potters Kids for children with additional needs. (Please speak to our Children’s Ministry Leader for more information, email becky@potterschurch.co.uk)

 

We are trying to provide a good and welcoming environment for all. We know that we will sometimes fall short. We welcome feedback and suggestions that would make Potters Church more accessible.
